Intercambio Peru is currently implementing a Project to improve the living
conditions of blind people and people with visual disabilities in the department
of Huancavelica. The project is being financed by The Gelderse Blinden
Stichting, a Dutch foundation. The trained teachers have just come back from the
remote districts of Huancavelica where they have taught children and adults
basic techniques to facilitate their daily lives. |
