Most of Cambodia lies at or near sea level, and borders Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos. The economy is poised for explosive growth as the extraction of oil and natural gas begins in the next few years, but their current economy is dependant on garment production and tourism. Despite this bright future, many of the country's poor live in extreme poverty. You can volunteer to; provide primary care to orphaned and neglected children, offer medical dental and health care services, or teach them english and other job skills that will benefit them in their future.
