The Volta Aid Foundation in Ghana Africa is a newly established organization looking for enthusiastic volunteers who are interested in helping others. The affordable programs are flexible and allow you to provide education, medical services, or child care based on your interests and experience.

Working with a new program gives volunteers the opportunity to develop new programs and lay the groundwork for future volunteers. The Volta Aid Foundation provides support thru in country staff and external support from organizers, volunteers and donors.

Cost to volunteer with the Volta Aid Foundation start at $400 for one month and include room and board with a local family. Costs continue to decline the longer you plan to stay; $550 for two months, $700 for three months, etc. Check out their website for updated cost and volunteer information.
